When you purchase our products, you will be taken from this pretty website to an ugly Pay Pal page. You can then securely use your Pay Pal account, your credit card, debit card or an electronic check for your purchase. We will never see that information with the exception of your email address.

The download does expire in 28 days from date of purchase. You have two opportunities to download the product - If you "give" one away to someone else, you will forfeit your right to the second download.
This is a TWO CHANCE policy, you have exactly two chances to download the file.
If you mess it up - you can send us an email and if we feel that you are "digitally challenged", we may consider offering you the document as an attachment to an email. This is rare, but it can happen.
Do not forward the content via email. If you attempt this, the files will corrupt and you may lose access to them even though you have paid for the right to read them. It will not harm your computer only make the e-book files impossible to read. You will be sad because you paid for them and after attempting this, will no longer have access.
Do not print and distribute. You may print to read or print to take to your crafting space, but you may not print to share either for "free" or for Money. You may contact us to solicit permission from the author who will either give or not give written consent for you to print multiple copies. Expect to pay a licensing fee for the privilege.
No refunds will be given. The warranty of merchantability is limited to our obligation to deliver the digital files that you have paid for -period. Once you have the files, our "purpose" has been fulfilled.
